The next Presenters Course will be held at the end of 2006.
Our four week course is a rare opportunity to learn the skills of camera presenting from those currently working in the industry. Students will get first hand knowledge of presenting with guest appearances from Postcards WA presenters as well as the personal guidance of Ray Pedretti and Chris Hetherington, producers of the multi award winning Postcards WA, Just Add Water, Crush and our new ABC program Can We Help?

Whether you're interested in the media as a career, or you are just looking for some extra skills to boost your confidence - our course will provide you with all that and more!
By participating in the Television Presenting Course, you will gain insight into:
- Lifestyle and Travel Television Presenting
- Interview techniques
- On-camera confidence
- Voice guidance
At the end of the four weeks, participants will be able to take home their Betacam tape of pieces camera recorded throughout the course.
How long does the course run?
The course is specifically designed to run over four weeks, three hours per session, one night per week.
Time?
All classes run from 7.00pm to 10.00pm
Where?
Our courses are held in the studios of Channel 9 Perth.
What do I wear?
Something you feel comfortable in! Smart casual is appropriate, ladies no high heels please.
What do I need to bring?
Your personality! You might want to bring pens and paper to take a few notes. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.
How many students?
To allow each student optimum time and tuition, the student numbers will be kept to a minimum and registration is on a first come, first served basis.
Cost?
Total cost for the course is $450 + 10% GST ($495). A deposit of $50 is required prior to commencement with the balance to be settled at the first session.
